Inspired in cyberpunk, these high-tech shades bring to milled-acetate the taste of injected masks with a wide vision field typically made for sports. The name “Motoko” pays tribute to the fictional Japanese cyborg character of “Ghost in the Shell” based on the manga series written and illustrated by Masamune Shirow.
The balance between sharp and round edges and the colored acetate bonding by lamination in the temples are PORTRAIT staples. The hammered visible metal components and grey-gradient lenses enrich the look of this piece.
