If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased items, you can exchange them (for another of equal or superior value than the purchase receipt) or return them within 10 days of receipt. All items must be returned new in their original and complete condition, unused and with all the tags attached. Please make sure you return your package with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost items in the return transit.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Once returned, you will be able to receive an exchange or a refund for the items (shipping costs will not be refunded). In case you choose to be refunded, the amount paid for the items will be made in the same way as the payment was made, within 10 days of receipt.
In case of product malfunction or defective condition, within a period of 2 years, we will proceed to the repair or replacement of the item purchased within a period of 30 days. Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
During our special prices campaigns campaigns, products marked as “sale” or “promotion” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return or exchange an order
Please contact us by email with the information concerning the items you wish to return/exchange: order number, product name, reason for return/exchange and any additional information you see fit. The items must be returned to us via a courier of your choice or returned in one of our stores. All shipping fees on exchange or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
